These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website migrateukltd.online (the “Website”) and the services provided by Migrate UK Limited (“Migrate UK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 05089081, registered office at Harwell Innovation Centre Building 173 Curie Avenue, Harwell, Oxford, England, OX11 0QG.

By using our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

2. Our Services

Migrate UK provides UK Skilled Worker Visa facilitation services for qualified healthcare and engineering professionals. Our services include:

• Submission of applications to verified UK employers with active sponsor licences on your behalf.

• Coordination of Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issuance following a confirmed job offer.

• Step-by-step guidance through the UK Home Office Skilled Worker Visa application process.

• Arrangement of flights to the UK following visa approval.

• Accommodation guidance and arrival support including NI number and bank account setup assistance.

We are a facilitation service. We are not a law firm, solicitor, or immigration adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We do not provide legal immigration advice. If you require regulated immigration legal advice, you should consult an OISC-registered adviser or qualified UK solicitor.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Hold a recognised professional qualification in healthcare or engineering.

• Be eligible in principle for a UK Skilled Worker Visa based on the requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) at the time of application.

Eligibility for our services does not guarantee a UK job offer, a Certificate of Sponsorship, or visa approval. Final decisions rest with UK employers and the UK Home Office respectively.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fee is £4,000 (four thousand pounds sterling), payable in three milestone installments:

Installment 1 — £1,000: Payable upon commencement of the service, prior to employer applications being submitted on your behalf.

Installment 2 — £1,500: Payable upon confirmation of a UK job offer and issuance of a Certificate of Sponsorship by the employer.

Installment 3 — £1,500: Payable upon approval of your UK Skilled Worker Visa by the Home Office.

All fees are quoted and payable in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is processed via our designated payment platform. We do not store payment card details.

UK Home Office visa application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), UKVCAS appointment fees, and any professional registration fees (e.g. NMC, GMC, HCPC) are payable separately and directly to the relevant body. These are not included in the Migrate UK service fee.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Migrate UK makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee that:

• A UK employer will make you a job offer.

• A Certificate of Sponsorship will be issued.

• The UK Home Office will approve your Skilled Worker Visa application.

All decisions regarding job offers, CoS issuance, and visa applications are made by independent third parties (employers and the UK Home Office) and are outside our control. We commit to using our best efforts to facilitate a successful outcome on your behalf.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your qualifications, professional registration status, and personal details.

• Promptly provide any documents or information we request in connection with your application.

• Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility for a UK Skilled Worker Visa.

• Not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the process.

Providing false information may result in immediate termination of our services with no refund of fees paid, and may have serious consequences for any visa application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Migrate UK.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income or earnings, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Migrate UK Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
