Our Commitment
Our milestone-based payment structure means you only pay significant amounts after real results have been delivered. This is by design — our incentives are aligned with yours.
Paid upfront to commence the service. Employer applications are submitted on your behalf once this fee is received.
Paid only after you receive a confirmed UK job offer and your Certificate of Sponsorship has been issued. Not before.
Paid only after your UK Skilled Worker Visa is approved by the Home Office. Not before.
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Migrate UK Limited (“Migrate UK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with our UK Skilled Worker Visa facilitation services. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By making a payment to Migrate UK, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
The £1,000 commencement fee is payable upon your instruction to proceed with our services. This fee covers the initial processing of your application, eligibility confirmation, document preparation, and the submission of applications to UK employers on your behalf.
Refund Conditions — Installment 1
• If you cancel within 14 days of payment and before any employer applications have been submitted, a full refund of £1,000 will be issued.
• If employer applications have already been submitted on your behalf at the time of cancellation, the £1,000 commencement fee is non-refundable, as the service has been partially delivered.
• If we determine at the eligibility review stage that you do not qualify for a UK Skilled Worker Visa, a full refund of £1,000 will be issued.
To request cancellation within 14 days, you must notify us in writing via our contact page before any employer applications have been submitted.
The £1,500 second installment is only payable after a confirmed UK job offer and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) have been secured on your behalf. By making this payment, you confirm that you have received and accepted the job offer.
Refund Conditions — Installment 2
• The £1,500 second installment is non-refundable once paid, as it is triggered only after successful delivery of a confirmed job offer and Certificate of Sponsorship.
• If, following payment, your Skilled Worker Visa application is refused by the UK Home Office solely due to an error or omission on our part in preparing or guiding your application, we will assess the circumstances and may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
Visa refusals resulting from inaccurate information provided by you, changes in UKVI policy, or employer-side decisions are not grounds for a refund of this installment.
The £1,500 third installment is only payable after your UK Skilled Worker Visa has been approved by the Home Office. By making this payment, you confirm receipt of a valid visa approval.
Refund Conditions — Installment 3
The £1,500 third installment is non-refundable once paid, as it is triggered only after successful delivery of an approved Skilled Worker Visa.
This installment covers flight arrangement, arrival support, accommodation guidance, NI number assistance, bank account setup, and settlement paperwork — all of which are delivered following visa approval.
The following fees are payable directly to third parties and are entirely outside the scope of this Refund Policy. Migrate UK has no control over and accepts no liability for these fees:
• UK Home Office Skilled Worker Visa application fee.
• Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS).
• UKVCAS biometric appointment fees.
• Professional registration fees (NMC, GMC, HCPC, GOC, etc.).
• English language test fees (IELTS, OET, etc.).
To request a refund, please contact us in writing via our contact page, providing:
• Your full name and email address used to register with us.
• The date and amount of the payment in question.
• The reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your payment will apply to that transaction.
